Trio’s makes a perfect harmony in your mouth

One of my favorite restaurants, Trio’s, makes one of the most satisfying and flavorful meals I’ve had. If you are ever traveling to South Bend, Indiana, and are looking for a place to eat, you must try Trio’s. The 8 oz. fillet mignon with Boursin mashed potatoes and sauteed broccolini are delicious and you must order the Courvoisier cream sauce on the ala carte selections to go over the potatoes and steak. We tend to order the Clos du Bois merlot to go with our steaks. If Trio’s sold the Courvoisier cream sauce in a bottle, I’m convinced Bryan and I would buy it. To end the meal correctly, I recommend ordering the creme brulee. In fact, be sure to save room for it. I’m including a link to their dinner menu here.

We have taken both of our parents to Trio’s and will take them again whenever they return. A great place to celebrate an occasion or just a Tuesday night, the items are worth every penny and the atmosphere is warm and inviting.
